By collecting the trash in my apartment, I realized that a lot of the trash that was collected was mostly plastic, food and product packaging and leftover art supplies. During the week that I was recording the amount of trash, I also lost my laptop sleeve and it was a perfect opportunity to create something that I will use daily from the trash and the left-over fabric since I also want to cut down on plastic and leather consumption. I used the an amazon package as the case for my sleeve and then used other left over paper and plastic material to create pockets in the sleeve. In addition, for the strap I decided to use scraps of fabric from my my other art classes.
