Model #1 representative of my chosen vessel (My vessel is a host figure that represents human essence and individuality)
Model # 2 Hybrid between Alex’s and my vessel (I created a vessel for the persona that Alex described in her chosen Vessel)
Model #3 Made from “grass” (I created an entanglement of green string an push pins. I was inspired by the texture of grass as well as the idea that where you stand is always changing. Thus, the strings/pins have no patterns rather they are randomly distributed.)
Model #4 Made from “glass” (I arranged sheets of plexi glass equally apart on a larger sheet of plexi glass. I glued them on with silicone, and printed an image of the sky in a transparent paper. I was inspired by the glass windows that overlooked my garden, as well as my memory of looking up at the sky and having deep thoughts about life.)
Model #5 Made from “rubber/wood” (I tore apart chopsticks and arranged them in a strange way. I used rubber bands to attach chopsticks together, and also for aesthetics. This was inspired by the materials that the swing set in my memory was made of. For this reason I decided to create something that was very unique and spontaneous since my memory involves a similar moment.
