Being a New Yorker for about 5 years now , Coney Island has been a place for frequent hang outs. Just last week actually I was hanging out and going on rides with my Georgia native friend. Going back to Coney Island to capture the story of Brooklyn natives actually gave me a bit more excitement and a new perspective. I wanted to hear more from the people I shared the place of fun with. I met people who just wanted to hang out and some that had their profession on the front there.
The trip to Coney Island actually led to new discoveries and a new found mission. The next time I go, my new target are the people behind the day of fun , the ones controlling the rides, the ones in booths and even the vendors on scene. The trip was a gateway to another future project to work on.
