So Far this was my favorite project. I was very excited by my colors, illustrations, and of course, topic. So much so, I had a hard time editing due to my attachment. A major takeaway I took from this assignment was to have a clear message and idea before diving right in. After critique today I had a major flashback of all my other confused projects because I was not clear going in, and it shows itself! It was much more easy for me to work on layout and not feel stumped once going in with a better articulated idea, thanks to Anette and my classmates. I am still excited by my colors and components that I didn’t end up using so I wonder if I could have done something different with more visual strength.
