Observations and Tasks

  1. As I walked through Carroll Gardens, some thing that I noticed in particular was that there was an extremely compacted amount of cars parked, which not to mention were parked absolutely terribly. I saw several cars parked so tightly together that they were touching one another. I saw two cars with notes on them regarding the indecent parking, which made me realize the amount of vehicle owners that inhabit this area, along with the fact that a new system for parking cars should be implemented.
