Shutter speed + zoom technique

Shutter speed and zoom/ .4 shutter speed/ F5.0 aperture
Applied the zoom technique and played with shutter speed effect (as demonstrated in class by the flashlight photographs)
Was curious as to how both would work together, very fun to photograph
