Dalia Elhassan (Literary Studies ’19) was shortlisted for the 2018 Brunel International African Poetry Prize. The International African Poetry Prize, now in its sixth year, is aimed at the development, celebration, and promotion of poetry from Africa. One of the poems she submitted was recently published in Rattle Magazine’s 59th Issue. She will join the Rattle Reading Series on May 13th.
