In class we were assigned to make a spheres out of the objects of our choice, using the techniques, patterns and equations we learnt in class. I decided to make a sphere out of C-Ds. I measured where the holes in each C-D should be, drilled the holes using the drill and clamp then laid out all of the C-Ds. The pentagons (open spaces between the hexagons) weren’t going to be sturdy so I had to measure out the shape and use tools to bend steel wire, wrapping the wire and tightening it with a thinner aluminum wire.
