I want to change the Core Curriculum to integrate the growing and production of food. This idea will go beyond that – showing the full around circle that will go into this. It will be a non-profit company that can go into schools to incorporate growing and production into other subjects in the curriculum. It will go beyond this providing a course to learn about how to compost and incorporating seed, soil, and seasonal knowledge on what to grow when and where. Their will always be a benefit to knowing what you eat
