Twitter Reflection on “New Public Spaces Are Supposed to Be for All. The Reality Is More Complicated“

From reading the article, “New Public Spaces Are Supposed to Be for All. The Reality is More Complicated”, it says, “And of the more than 60,000 homeless people in New York, at least 3,000 live on the streets”, 3,000 is a big number. There’s a big issue for people to manage the New York’s public spaces. I think the government should set up a basic roles on public spaces. The residents need rules to stay calm. Just because people don’t care and have no rules, our public spaces are in danger and dirty. The reality is impossible. When I walk on the street, there are so many trashes on the side, and homeless people make their homes everywhere literally in a second. It’s not happy to see these things happen.
