Classwork 7/13- Lost Book Found

The emotional tone I took away from this film was that how living in NYC at that time was so difficult and he portrayed that by filming the documentary in first person as well as being alone. He did it in such a way the every subject he filmed had its own meaning and every little detail counted to make that subject be of value to the eye of the documentary. He told his story in a way as if everyday he was in a new location exploring even though he was stuck behind his cart all day. Even though he hated his job and everything that came with it he mad the most of it by observing the people around him to see how they lived their lives. The notebook that was filled with list containing places around the city and even though he lost it forever the little part he did read stuck in his head and contributed to the way he lived his everyday life. Working alone and voice over helped the creative process.
