- What three characteristics do you think are most important for artists/designers to have when designing for ever-changing conditions? (what kinds of skills and personalities traits should they/you have?)
Answer: When a designer is designing for ever-changing conditions, it is important for he or she to design something that’s simple. Also, the designer needs to be ware about the material that can stay long and has a high quality. The last but not least, the designer must good sense and can predict about what might shows up in the future.
- What kind of projects can you imagine designers working on that would require these skills?
Answer:
I think in fashion world, Ralph Lauren’s polo shirt shows the require skills. The polo shirt is simple designed, and the fabric that designer has been chosen is very confortable and it will never be out of fashion.
For shoes, I believe that the designer who designed Converse classic shoes also has these skills. As this reason, I can still see a lot of people wear a pair of Converse classic shoes today.
