An app that uses group accountability to help college students combat procrastination.

Teams are accountable for achieving collective goals. 

Challenges:

  • Differentiating from other wellness apps
  • Refining the Business Model
  • Organizing Functionality

Solution: A refined target market eased the functionality of the business model.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Narrowing down on topic- from anxiety and stress to procrastination
  2. Focusing on core service and strategies of how to combat this specific issue instead of tackling the entire issue.
  3. The idea of being married to your co-founders. Team management. Understanding the customer need and figuring out the value proposition. (Startups are not for the faint of heart).
  4. Complementing skill sets are important
