Step One: Make a slanted tower out of file paper and label with notches (do not make angles to narrow/sides less that 1 inch for seam allowance)
Step 2: Cut apart on edges
Step 3: Trace onto pattern paper and add half inch seam allowance
Step 4: Pin and transfer onto fabric
Step 5: Line up snipped notches, pin, and sew
Step 6: Snip corners, flip, and fold
