Silly mistake:

I did not sew the shoulder of the lining first.

*sew the shoulders and side seams together first*

Correction:

sew the armhole half at a time!

(The bodice does not fit the mannequin in the picture because my mannequin is a size 8. It will fit smaller sizes)
