Well walking through the streets of Belleville I notice many different cultural divides. I also came to the understanding that Belleville was always changing. I stumbled upon many different construction sites but this one caught my eye. I wondered who will take it? Due to the cultural differences in Belleville, I wondered what group would colonize the area and make their mark. So I grafted “ Who Will Take It” in the same place at the construction site in six different languages that I thought were potentials.
