For the final project we took a group field trip to the Brooklyn Museum. Students were asked to capture digital photographs and sketches of 3D objects from different time periods and geographic locations. Following the field trip each student created a mood board in their sketchbook to suggest a specific theme or emotion. The mood boards were used to inform the research for the final composition. Students had to combine elements from their 3D objects into a single large scale drawing.
