Ethnography Overview:
Throughout the process of collecting ethnographic research, I found myself in a position that I didn’t expect, immersing myself in research provided me the opportunity to not feel so intimidated by the process. Ethnography is a unique form of collecting data, and unlike the process of conducting interviews and surveys it provides insights that are incredibly valuable.
As a UX designer I have to conduct research constantly in order to create more efficient products. Ethnography is a valuable skill that I can take away moving forward through my time at Parsons but also my current workplace.
