I created a series of self portraits of three pieces consisting of linear materials based on a blind contour drawing. The first piece is constructed of 28 gauge wire, the second is yarn and the last is cardboard. I found this project extremely helpful, I had the ability to explore different ways of manipulating three types of materials.
