The goal of this assignment was to create a time-lapse of a location or subject in the course of 2-3 hours. I was excited to begin working on this assignment seeing as it was the first time I would use a video to present my work. Through this assignment, I learned how one image can be presented in such an extraordinary visual technique.
I decided to record an estimate of 400 photographs of the traffic flow on the Avenue of the Americas, through the view of West 15th street. I started shooting at around 3 in the afternoon and finished around 6 at night. I enjoyed how I captured the sunset folding over the building to an end. If I could go back and correct something it would have to be the length at the end. I wish I captured more night shots.
