When we visited the Musee des Arts Decoratifs, I got attracted to this sculpture. It is composed of ceramic circles that appeared appealing to me for the ‘used’ look as it seems like those items have being touched and hands have left marks. Moreover, the mixture of bright and dull colours gave me the idea to create an object which can adapt to various situations and can be personalised my composing and decomposing it as per customer pleasure. I chose to create a backpack that could also function as a home decoration, composing it of velvet of different colours and using velcro to make pockets that are openable in different ways.
