For my food sculpture I messed around with white bread and marshmallows that I had. I played around with the bread until it was a shape and texture that I wanted. The marshmallows were a little bit harder to change the shape of because the consistency seems soft but its actually pretty rigid and not easy to work with unless you are keeping the shape primarily the same.
