<Water Color Experiment>
<Group Work: Justina & Gabriella>
Based on our watercolor experimentation, we had to create a jewelry for group work. Justina and I decided to make necklace with using our experiments. We both cut our experiments into several thin rectangular pieces and combined it with a wire by making a little whole on top of the papers. Even though our group’s jewelry had typical shape of necklace, I think it is unique because it allows audience to look those strips from our watercolor experiment in a different perspectives.
<Jewelry Ideas>
Jewelry is like a finishing touch of my styling to me. I never go outside with out having any jewelries: put at least one jewelry.
For bridge 2, I first pull out every materials that I could use for this assignment. I mainly focused on materials that I collected for last semester class: bottle caps, soda can lid, and etc.. I also found left over muslin, ribbon, cotton balls, pipe cleaners, and a pair of hoop earring (I lost pendant that supposed to be with its hoop earrings which is now no purpose of having it). By playing with those materials and thinking different types of jewelries, I finally decided to make earrings.
