Overall, the course was very interesting and useful. Despite studying Art History before, I learned a lot of new information from this class. Mostly, I really enjoyed the emphasis teacher put on the amount of male and female artists of the certain eras. Also, the slides were helping very much to understand the materials, and to give us (students) very accurate visuals.
My favorite theme was Surrealism. It was very enjoyable to listen about the concepts and ideas of the movement, plus, very interesting contrasts about the majority of male artists and the use of females as muses, inspirations. Though, the movement was lacking female artists.
