Paratha for the People.

Roubin: You haven’t heard of it it’s from the Northwest part of India

Clara: I hate America so coming, yeah coming here was like something out of a dream.

Roubin: Um… Because real life is make believe?

Clara: Listen to me! I came up here with pattern shoes, potatoes, and cauliflower.

Roubin: That’s what you eat for breakfast? That’s really good!

Clara: It’s way better than American food, anyways I felt motivated to start making this bread called paratha.

Unknown: Laughs

Unknown: moves hand in the air

Roubin: What do you do now that people are buying more paratha?

Clara: Cry, all the time

Unknown: Paces back and forth then looks at her watch.

Clara: Then something happened I realized I wanted to conceptualize this food. Profit making you know? Getting money from people for the good will.

Unkown: Looking nervous and raises eyebrows with back turned

Roubin: Well, I don’t know what to say– Do you have a price range or you want it to be expensive?

Clara: Everything is in the works but listen to this I am starting with like a few people working on something, then expand my business. Completely take all the business out.

Roubin: Don’t you think that is a little bit…

Clara: What? Who doesn’t want to keep changing the filling its like a staple you could eat it forever, for breakfast. It’s good with yogurt and…

Roubin: Um ok?

Unknown: Looks around unsure

Clara: The milky one of course and pickles, then you eat it with bread that’s better of course.

Roubin: Okay thank you I’m done here.
