The Body in Sequential Space: Process

When starting this project, I wanted the backdrop of the photos to be a tabloid. Here’s a test:

However, I felt that it would be more effective to show the actual animals in the background, and have Olivia’s clothing speak to the celebrity culture that she is so interested in.

Below are potential backgrounds that I considered when making this piece. Eventually I chose to use a mash-up of various images, that I grabbed from Google (only ones labeled for reuse).
