Past & Present Juxtaposition

For the second Time project: Past and Present Juxtaposition, I decided to make a straw shoe that Koreans used to wear in 19C. I chose modern materials such as wires, glue guns and acrylic colors for deviating from existing image. People wore straw shoes for the comfortable feeling on their feet so that I added a heel on the shoe to give an ironic intention.
