Happy to finally be back in the city. I love my home town but nothing compares to the big apple. Although I only live roughly forty minutes away, life is just so stale. Missing classes, the dorm (as tiny as it is), my friends and honestly the work! I live off projects and routines. While home for this break I’ve been less inspired and honestly a tad lazy. As for art, Ive been doing some sketching and playing around with digital art.
These two sketches are life drawings from the MET, also known as my all-time favorite hot spot in the city. The proportions aren’t fully there, but I’m also just getting back in the swing of things.
