Visualizing Theory_Project Description

Team Collaboration

Using images from projects 2 and 3 (from both documentation & final pieces), design a book that explains the theories discussed in class and how they relate to: framing, editing techniques, color theory, and modes of listening.  This is a reflective piece where you need to dive into the theory assigned to your team, and be able to visually explain it inside-out through the chosen layout/composition, image treatment/style, typography, and accompanied by written explanations if needed.

The aim of the book is to showcase examples of these various concepts (Sander Peirce Phenomenology & Semiotics, Deleuze Movement Image, Chion’s 3 Modes of Listening) and also explain how those concepts can be achieved/interpreted/intertwined/produced.
