Stills from experimental film “NailBiter”

These images are shots from my film “NailBiter” which is an autobiographical depiction of my artistic process. The film follows a character that finds and swallows several nails and then goes home and starts working on a wooden creation. The character then lays down and pulls the nails he swallowed out of his chest with a pair of tweezers and goes back to continue work on his project. The character drives the nails into each corner of a wooden square only to find out that he does not have enough nails to complete the project, and when he can’t find any more nails it is reveal that he is working on which is a stool. In the end the character decides to test his incomplete stool and end up making it collapse, bringing it down with him.
