In class we started familiarizing with orthographic drawings leading to a 3D form we created of our own shoe made out of wire. I decided to only completely wrap the places where the foot is supposed to be positioned and where I needed elasticity. The shoe does fit a size 6 foot and the wire is quite stable but not enough for use; I now wish I would’ve used a thicker wire for some parts but I am satisfied with the result.
