This project is a outward expression of my personal journey of self-love. This piece was intended to encourage and celebrate the art of self-care. The objects I chose were a white gold bracelet that was given to me, a makeup compact where I am refelcted in the mirror, a lipstick and a pencil. I used the intricate pattern of the pressed powder makeup compact to form abstract lines, and rendered my self-portrait with the same abstract style.
