We planned our Project 1 by first making 9 sketches. Then we combined, condensed, and reworked them into 6. We repeated this process to get 3. From here, we will expand again to experiment with many variations of these 3 concepts before again distilling, refining, and eliminating.

Reflection
This assignment forced me to think outside of the box. As a designer, I tend to think my first idea is the best. Then I force that idea to work and the result is not quite as good as it could have been. This made me consider other possibilities, and, after doing so, I found that my first idea this time was actually my worst.
