Assignment
For this assignment, we used the nets of the 5 platonic solids, or the perfect polyhedrons, to create the 3D structures, but without using glue.
Reflection
This assignment challenged me to convert two dimensions into three. It was also difficult for me to join the polyhedrons without using glue. I thought it would be easy to join them with wire, as I had recently been working with wire and was beginning to understand the properties of the material, but I overestimated the durability of the paper. Every seem I tried to join ended with crushed and crinkled paper that taught me not to use such a heavy hand.
