- What did you learn from Monday’s peer review about your taxonomy that was new or helpful?
i visited streets of new york and restaurants of new york. there, i observed the ways humans communicated with one another. i noticed how many different languages were spoken and how many people were together but were not speaking due to being on an electronic device. i also looked on social media to find examples of communication of different cultures easily communicating through emojis. Or people using emojis as words.the location expanded this topic because it proved that people are diconnecting from eachother and are more comfortable on their phone. i was able to see how communication changes.the symbols in my taxonomy help explain my topic because they are ways we communicate with hand or facial expressions, and how we represent those through emojis when speaking to one another over a digital device.
