I focused on developing form during this phase of the project my priority throughout the development of the product’s form was resolving the issue of heat conductivity; as you can see below I addressed this by opening up the design and redoing the amount of metal used.
Leit (Lay-t) is a set of two tea light candle holders that drew their form and functionality from the frequent power outages experienced throughout my childhood whilst living in Bahrain.
The products use their light source to cast decorative shadows around their surrounding environment.Materials: Steel
