Challenge:
Creating a market food business that employs a diverse group of female chefs and cooks to have the opportunity to showcase the foods from their culture authentically. Each food counter will be a different cuisine, with new and exotic dishes created by the cooks themselves.
The goal is to educate our customers on the importance of female empowerment and diversity in the food industry. Women should equally be given opportunities to run their own restaurant businesses, whether they be from a minority group or not, and allow these women to be recognized for their hard work.

Learning about the difficulties of women being able to grow in the economy and run their own businesses, to exploring different ways to showcase a variety of different cuisines.
