For almost 20 years, Jessica Gysel has been experimenting with collectives and collaborative working projects, mainly in a commercial context. Jessica is a big believer of change from within, and will address learnings and recommendations from these projects, drawing from political subcultures in the 80s, to the postmodern scenes in the 90s to the post-internet collectives of the 00s. Key topics are the constant look-out for new formats, playing in the frontline between culture and commerce, a more feminist perspective and the many faces of money.

Bio: Jessica Gysel works as a creative strategist in the frontline where brands and culture meet. She’s also the publisher and editor of Girls Like Us, a magazine mapping new routes towards a more feminist future.
