Design Brief:
The main goal of this project is ingrate with people about environmental change in our society. The project will be four different shape and different angle of the wood square. On each face of the geometric shape will symbol one of open space (public space) in our society. Moreover, the square will match and combine it with others to create a different point about the player’s view about society. This project uses four weeks to be made, from a small model made by paper and expand the large size of the shape. For the project, it needs to have plywood, glue, and some of color print paper to be built up. Overall for the project will be a puzzle with four different shape and open interior of the shape to represent the open space of the environment. In addition, the puzzle that can play and a different solution when the player is playing.
Statement
on It’s almost the end of this second semester in my first-year class. The studio class and seminar class that I took, I learned a lot of skill and knowledge during the class. In the studio class, we design and create our artifact or project by using our own hand. However, in the seminar class, we brainstorm the idea of an artifact that related to the studio class and researches more background source that related to the artifact or project. For example, we making multiple mapping diagrams and read about a few articles about the topic that we discover in the studio class. Overall, for both class, I think I’m good on yet. One thing that I will change for the class, is to plan out the time ahead and be brave and comfortable in ask some of the questions that related to the course such as assignment during the week. In this semester, I have a great chance to meet my professor and they give me a lot of advice for me to explore my idea or thought around this year.

Self-reflection: In this bridge, I feel creating an AR technology is difficult. The way of setting up the 3D shape to a 3D modeling, it takes many of time. In addition, when I create AR, there are many problems coming out. For example, how to build up a 3D model and how to upload other tags into the mark. Overall for designing this “memoir” in the past, present, and future which makes me think more and deep on the object that I care in the past to the future. The AR technology that I made is successful and I’m surprised what I made in AR.

This project is difficult for me and some of groupmate due to it’s the first time to make a video like this. However, the final result of this project is good.

Self-reflection:
This sculpture has not achieved the goal that I want to have. The way of cutting angles and the measurement of my cube is not perfect and can’t hold the weight of cube. Due I didn’t measure and estimate the weight of cube. If next time, I will cut the measurement of the cube to be good and not using glue to combine other faces of the cube together. However, I’m very like the result of the background picture and some of the 3D model installation in my work. Overall, this project is good but not as the good that I want to accomplish.

Perfect Moment:
This project was to use the animal product to create a peaceful and quiet moment in the landscape. The materials that I use are dry shrimp, dry crab, dry fish, warms, and small fish egg.
