All of the pieces for Bridge I are connected in that they all are an expression of an intense sense of curiosity I had for five observations in Union Square. Every one of these images expresses a feeling I felt profoundly, and I wanted to share with others to sense too. For every visualization, I was driven by a vision, which varied while I was creating it. The central themes of the pieces are the moderate connection among individuals in the 21st Century, solitude, peacefulness, and the transformation of a being. The medium I choose for every image connects with the message that I want to convey. For me, these pieces are my inner thoughts visually represented. They are my voice in the world. They pretend to be in conversation with you.
I am an international student from Venezuela that desires to communicate with the world around me visually. I hope that I can become a part of the global conversation where I can tell stories that are untold. With a background in business and languages, I have experienced how different fields will always connect at some points, and I aspire to reinforce that connection in my work. I believe that there is not one pure aesthetic, and therefore I have chosen to collaborate and learn from those around me to every day grow as an artist.
