Reading + reflection 9

This article about learning how to die in the Anthropocene was posted on NYTimes. At the beginning of the article, ” The Stone is a forum for contemporary philosophers and other  thinkers on issues both timely and timeless.” (NYTimes)  “With “shock and awe,” out military  had unleashed the end of the world on a city of six million- a city about the same size a Houston or Washington.” (NYTimes) Roy was a private army in the United States. He has lots of experience in the army. He sees the world change. ” The Anthropocene is like the Pleistocene or the Holocene. A term of new life. The period has been changed. All the human and animal’s lie have progressed very genesis. From the first time to use fire for agricultural revolution, industrialization to deindustrialization, society has pushed to a different possibility. Also environment has different progress. Everything has been change in time’s period. Everything it’s getting better.

In another meaning of this article, Roy was trying to offer a glimpse at our future and a remind to our death. Anthropocene made a dramatic change   of the weather. Weather temperature is getting warmer each year, that is what global warming is, effect the whole planet. How can we change it and learning how to live in this kind of environmental.
