Why is it important to take other perspectives into consideration?

It is important to see the world from other perspective because most of the time we focus on some particular thing without even noticing another perspective of it. Our generation is well known to be too much into narcissism. Out of the whole world we see only ourselves, and even being an artist and while creating something in order to express oneself we still leave a part of ourselves in our work. If we never listened to anybody else, how they see the world, we would’ve never been able to see other perspectives. We all live in the same world, but how fascinating is the fact that each human being sees it from his point of view. I prefer to talk less and to listen more to people’s stories. I want to discover the same place with the different kind of view told by someone. Sometimes it is just hard to see the perspective that other can clearly observe. Therefore, besides sharing perspectives people also should collaborate with each other in order to share knowledge and opinions. By creating this sort of connection between people it becomes easier for us to be the viewer of few perspectives of seeing the world. It is really significant to learn how to do this, because as an artist we should be educated about environment. That is also one of the reasons why I am attending college: here professors and people who I met open my eyes to another side of view, and I have to admit that it is very inspirational and amazing to get some new thoughts or ideas from viewing the world from the different perspective. I am collecting diverse views, which eventually gives me more information for creating my art pieces.
