I chose the t-shirt I do not use anymore, spread it apart, and remade it out of the shower curtain.

Things that I learned during making this project:

1. I never tried to use any non-garment material at all, so it was both interesting and quite hard to deal with the shower curtain I was using for sewing, as the material is fragile and can be easily ripped apart.

2. This time I was more careful with using sewing machine comparing to my first time, and this time I found out some new ways to keep the non-garment material under the needle of the sewing machine. I also learned that before sewing the back and the front of the t-shirt, I first need to think of the position of my sleeves.

3. In general, I have never tried to sew any type of clothes before, so that was a very good experience for me, and made me more interested into sewing.

Old: Previous skill

Before starting this project, I knew how to hand sew, so in some parts of it instead of using the sewing machine, I was hand sewing some parts of the non-garment T-shirt.

My favourite:

In general honestly speaking I liked everyone’s piece, because each is very unique and well-done,

I really liked Scott’s T-shirt made from urban outfitters bags (how genius!) because:

1. It looks really accurate and simple

2. You can actually wear it, even if it’s made out of non-garment material

3. I really like the colors of it, and the pattern, it makes it look like it could be made for selling in clothing stores
