Where does this interest come from?
It is from an ancient Chinese tale The Peach Blossom Spring.
How might you go about researching your topic?
The Peach Blossom Spring, in my word, peachtopia may not be an actual place in reality, but more like a symbol. For someone, it is a place he had been; for others, it may extend from space to time. Peachtopia is attractive in one sense, as the ancient tale indicated, it is never found again. Although it is very messy in my head now, I will start research that different meanings peachtopia has for different people, whether it is about time, memory, or an actual place.
How do you plan on incorporating information from the Library Orientation into your project?
It might be very hard, since my research topic is derived from a literature in another language. There is also tales and ideas that are similar with the peachtopia concept. I could try to look for some stories and images from the database that may fit into this concept.
