I have always been very passionate about music and writing - writing as my form of expression and music as the means to discover myself. For me, music is not an escape; it is what feels most genuine. I love discovering new bands, listening to long time favorites, and attending live shows. Because of this passion of mine, I hope to pursue music journalism so I am able to immerse myself in this world.
Currently, I am a senior at The New School studying Journalism + Design, a staff writer at Local Wolves magazine, and an editorial intern at Billboard. I have also contributed to C-Heads Magazine and Minnesota Public Radio's Local Current Blog, and interned at Stereogum, SPIN, Interview Magazine, and NYLON in both their print and digital editorial departments.
