- Kettl Tea relates to long life design on environment, safety, and planned production. Cold stored will keep the tea fresh and safe to be used. It is environmental on packaging the tea directly from growers but I think it is not very environmental on using the air shipping.
- I think in the future it can also relate to sales and manufacturing. Instead of using air shipping, they can also encourage local consumers to go to the local tea farms and pick the teas by themselves. I believes it will also convey great environment beliefs to people.
- Will the season effect the tea production? If yes, how can Kettl ship and produced in planned and foreseeable volumes?
