Ever since I was little I have always looked up to AlaÏa. He’s a couture designer that doesn’t follow any of the trends nor will he listen to anything anyone is saying. He releases his lines when he wants to and makes clothing that works on any body type. Alaïa was a true Frenchman who lived above his showroom and store until he died. In honor of his death I’m going to shoot his last interview shoot with Naomi Campbell for Vogue and create a hallway that you will be able to walk down and look at the photos as you’re listening to interviews of Alaïa and people talking about him. Mixed in with that I will have my friends pretending to redo the interviews as well.
