Throughout my semester of researching different artist there has been a theme of contemporary art and photography. I learned about each artist different strategies and techniques with there work and the ideas behind them. I learned all my art was very self expressive and related to me a lot in ways I never saw before. For example Peter Beard’s work is all on his travels and I love film photography and a passion of mine is doing film while I travel because thats where I feel like you find the best kind of expressive art. It’s hard to relate the pieces together because in reality they’re all so different they just share certain qualities that aren’t seen but more felt.
