This project is to show what I believe is the most important aspect of sound. Communication is an essential function of sound, therefore I made this piece for people to communicate their feelings through sound. Two people, sitting face to face, use the stick to interact with different materials and therefore to create sound. They are able to control the volume and timbre by using different strength and ways to interact with the surface, and, through these various sounds, the two people are able to express their feelings and emotions.
