Architecture is not a shell but dynamic networks. The base of the architecture is actually the flow or the circulation of human beings. Function and programs of a building is defined by people how to use it. If an office building is used by a group of artist, that won’t be an office building anymore but an art studio. For the larger scale, at the scale of city, when the similar things happen, city is not just a city that people live in it, but conglomeration of information. People’s daily routine is the blood in the ancillary, and the roads, or the traffic, are connected to the heart of the city. If the architecture means the 3D phase of the city, people who live in the city will represent the 4D, the information, and the time.
